Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering through our supported payment methods. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways — we do not store your full card or UPI details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout or in your order confirmation. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility, though we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy, including the requirement for unboxing video/photo proof on damage, tampering, or wrong-item claims.
